Owner Relations
Your Owners deserve top-notch service, attention to detail and consistent communications. We will provide a friendly and informative reference guide to all new owners; on-going Owner education; and regular distribution of resort news to all participants. When appropriate, The Alderwood Group offers a rental management program catering to individual Owner need and preferences. |

Homeowners Association Management
Our team develops customized policies and procedures, reports, and operational reviews to ensure that your goals and objectives are met. We will supervise investments with your bank, process payrolls and payables, negotiate your insurance coverage and keep licenses and permits current. |
Assessment/Maintenance Fee, Billing and Collections
Our team will establish and enhance effective collection policies and procedures for assessments. These include proper notices, personal contact and penalties to enable timely collections and minimize loss to Owners and bad debt to Association. |
Replacement Reserve Management
In anticipation and preparation for major common area repair and replacement cost, your reserve plan will be reviewed and updated annually. You will receive an evaluation of the current status of your reserve fund and recommended fund contributions. Reserve projects will be professionally managed in a timely basis within your budget parameters. |

In 2006 the Alderwood Group recognized the need for a central reservation service for destination resorts located in the Southern California mountain and desert regions. Alderwood Vacation Rentals was established to fulfill that service and has grown commensurately with the success of its charter members. Alderwood Vacation Rentals offers lodging, activities and transportation reservations, individually, and in packages for their clients.
